Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Products that have been used, modified, mixed, installed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used epoxy products
• Custom-made or special-order products
• Clearance or closeout items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
